Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards the town of Smolyan. From the center of Smolyan, drive on ul. Maestro Georgi Atanasov. Follow the road signs to the Smolyan Waterfall. The waterfall is located approximately 4 km from the town center. Look for a small parking area near the entrance to the walking path leading to the waterfall. There might be a small parking fee, so keep some change ready.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from major cities like Plovdiv or Sofia to Smolyan. Once you reach the Smolyan bus station, you can take a local taxi or a minibus to ul. Maestro Georgi Atanasov. Inform the driver that you are heading to the Smolyan Waterfall. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Expect to pay around 5-10 BGN for the taxi fare.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Smolyan, you can start from the center of town. Head east on ul. Maestro Georgi Atanasov and follow the path leading to the waterfall. The walk is approximately 1.5-2 km and will take about 30-40 minutes. Be prepared for some uphill walking and ensure you are wearing comfortable shoes.
