Once in Rila, you can either take a taxi or a local minibus to the Seven Rila Lakes area. The fare for the taxi should be around 15-20 BGN. Upon reaching the Seven Rila Lakes area, you'll find a parking lot. From there, follow the marked trails to Отовишки връх, approximately a 2-3 hour hike.
