If you are driving from Rila town center, start by heading northeast on Boulevard Tsarigradsko Shose (also known as the main road). Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Road 107. Turn left onto Road 107 and follow the signs towards Rila Monastery. After about 3 kilometers, keep an eye out for a sign indicating 'Nunnery Orlitsa' on your right. The nunnery is located a short distance down a dirt path from the main road. There is no entrance fee, but ensure your vehicle is parked safely off the road.

To reach Nunnery 'Orlitsa' via public transportation, you can take a local bus from Rila to Rila Monastery. Buses generally depart from the central bus station in Rila. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes, and the ticket cost is usually around 2-3 Bulgarian Lev. Once you arrive at Rila Monastery, you will need to walk back along Road 107 for about 3 kilometers until you see the sign for Nunnery 'Orlitsa' on your left. Be prepared for a short walk down a dirt path leading to the nunnery.
