Walking
If you are starting from the center of Ruse, head west on Aleksandrovska Street towards the Danube River. After about 1 km, you will reach the riverbank. Continue along the promenade until you reach the bridge over the Danube. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, take the first left onto Vasil Levski Boulevard. Follow this road for approximately 2 km until you reach the intersection with Zapad Street. Turn right onto Zapad Street, and continue for about 500 meters until you see Стара телевизионна кула on your left. The tower is located in a park area, and you can easily spot it from the street.
Public Transport
Begin at the Ruse bus station, which is centrally located. Take bus number 10 towards Zapad. The bus will take you directly to the Zapad district. Once you disembark at the Zapad stop, walk approximately 300 meters down Zapad Street, and you will see Стара телевизионна кула ahead on your right. The entire journey should take around 30 minutes, including waiting time for the bus.
