Walking
Start from the center of Ruse, specifically from the main square (Ploshad Svoboda). Head northwest on Aleksandrovska Street towards the intersection with Slavyanska Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard. Walk along Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Vasil Levski Street. Turn right onto Vasil Levski Street and continue for approximately 500 meters. You will see signs for the Rousse TV Tower (Телевизионна кула Русе) as you approach the Запад area.
Public Transport
From the city center, take bus number 10 from the bus stop located on Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard. The bus runs frequently. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Запад' stop. From there, head north on the main road (opposite direction of the bus). After a short walk of about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Rousse TV Tower (Телевизионна кула Русе). Follow the signs along the way.
