Walking
From the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in the city center, walk northeast on Vitosha Blvd, then turn left onto Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. Continue until you reach Doktorska Gradina park, where the memorial is located. The walk is approximately 20 minutes and offers a pleasant way to see the city.
Public Transport
Take the Sofia Metro to Serdika Station. From there, transfer to tram number 20 or 22. Ride the tram to the 'Doktorska Gradina' stop. A single public transport ticket costs 1.60 BGN. Ensure you validate your ticket upon boarding.

From the center of Sofia, head southeast on Vitosha Boulevard, then turn left onto Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. Continue straight until the intersection with the Sofia University area. Turn right onto Georgi Rakovski Street and continue until you reach Doktorska Gradina. Parking is available in nearby parking lots, with hourly rates around 2-3 BGN.
