Car
If you are driving, head towards the town of Devetaki. From the center of Thrace, take the E80 highway towards Lovech. After reaching Lovech, follow the signs for Devetaki. The cave is located approximately 15 km from the town center. Follow the signs to Devetashka Cave once you enter the village of Devetaki. There is a parking area near the entrance to the cave.
Public Transportation
To reach Devetashka Cave using public transportation, take a bus from Sofia to Lovech. Buses run regularly and the journey takes about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Lovech, you will need to take a local bus or arrange for a taxi to Devetaki, which is about 15 km away. Confirm the bus schedule in advance as it may vary. Expect to pay a small fee for the bus ride, usually around 5-10 BGN.
Walking
If you choose to walk from the village of Devetaki to the cave, the path is well-marked and takes approximately 30 minutes.
