If you're driving, start from Sofia and take the main road towards Vitosha Mountain. You can reach the Vitosha National Park entrance by following the signs for 'Vitosha' from the city. Once you enter the park, follow the road towards the Aleko Hut. Park your car at the designated parking area near Aleko Hut, which is a popular starting point for hikes in the area. From Aleko, you can follow the marked hiking trails towards Kikish Peak. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.

To reach Kikish Peak using public transport, take the metro to the last stop, 'Vitosha' (Line M1). From there, you can catch a bus (number 63 or 93) that goes to the Aleko Hut area.
