Once you enter the park, follow the road towards the Aleko Hut. Park your car at the designated parking area near Aleko Hut, which is a popular starting point for hikes in the area. From Aleko, you can follow the marked hiking trails towards Kikish Peak. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.
Public Transportation
To reach Kikish Peak using public transport, take the metro to the last stop, 'Vitosha' (Line M1). From there, you can catch a bus (number 63 or 93) that goes to the Aleko Hut area. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Aleko Hut, you can begin your hike to Kikish Peak. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, especially on weekends.
