Car
From Sofia, take the Ring Road (Sofia Ring Road) and follow the signs towards Vitosha Mountain. Once you reach the Vitosha Mountain area, park your car at the Vitosha Ski Resort parking lot, which is around 12 km from the city center. From the parking lot, follow the marked trails leading you towards Balkanity Hut. The hut is approximately a 1.5-hour hike from the ski resort, following the green trail markers.
