From central Mugamba, head southeast on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards Avenue de la Liberté. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the junction with Route nationale No 1 (RN1). Turn left onto RN1 and follow it for approximately 10 km. Look for signs indicating Kizuka. Once you reach Kizuka, navigate to the coordinates (49CJ+MC, Kizuka) using your GPS or a maps application. The Gakora Stone Beach will be a short distance from the main road.

Start at the main bus terminal in Mugamba. Look for a bus heading towards Kizuka; these buses usually depart regularly. The fare is typically around 1,000 BIF. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Gakora Stone Beach or ask locals for assistance. Once you arrive in Kizuka, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach Gakora Stone Beach. Be sure to have small bills for the bus fare.
