Start at the Assomada Central Market, which is located in the center of Assomada. From the market, head north along Avenida Amílcar Cabral for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua 1 de Maio. Turn left onto Rua 1 de Maio and continue for approximately 300 meters. You will see a large sign for the Resistance Museum on your right, located at 7774+9GR in Chão Bom.
Public Transport
Begin your journey at the Assomada Central Market. Look for a local minibus (known as 'aluguer') heading towards Chão Bom. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to go to the Resistance Museum. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the nearest stop to the museum, and it will be a short walk of about 200 meters to the museum entrance, which is marked at 7774+9GR.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from Assomada Central Market. Follow Avenida Amílcar Cabral north for about 600 meters, then turn left onto Rua 1 de Maio. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you see the Resistance Museum on your right at 7774+9GR. The ride should take around 10 minutes.
