Hike Serra Malagueta to Principal Valley From Tarrafal
Descent to the Serra Malagueta dam
Beautiful hike with quite a bit of negative elevation and a little slippery but still accessible. Stunning landscapes.

Hiking Pico de Antónia – Summit Adventure & Scenic Views
A walk full of emotions and challenges on one of the most challenging trails on the island of Santiago.
A challenging walk that at the end offers the best view of Santiago and along the way you can see the magnificent island of fire and its volcano

Ecological Walk from Serra Malagueta to Ribeira Principal
Highlight of my trip
This was a great day. I has a terrific coupe of guides and the drive to and from the hike was terrific. The hike itself was really good. the views as we descended into the valley were spectacular. Eventually we passed by some little villages, which were charming. Parts of the hike were challenging because there had been big rains that compromised the trail, but I was never rushed and was given lots of help when I needed it. (Scrambling over rocks, for example.) We finished with a nice lunch. It was the highlight of my trip to Cabo Verde.
