Getting There

Walking
Start at the central square of Vila do Maio, known as Praça da Igreja. From the square, head south towards the beach. After approximately 200 meters, you will reach the beachfront promenade. Continue along the promenade until you reach the end of the beach area, which takes about 15 minutes. Once you reach the end, turn left onto the dirt road that leads into Ponta Preta. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer. You will see signage directing you towards Maio Properties along the way. After about a 20-minute walk, you should arrive at Maio Properties, which will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at Praça da Igreja in Vila do Maio. Cycle south towards the beach and then take the beachfront promenade. Continue cycling along the promenade until you reach the end, which should take about 10 minutes. Turn left onto the dirt road leading to Ponta Preta and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Maio Properties. The cycling route should take around 15 minutes, and you will find Maio Properties on your right.
