Horseshoe Park is located at 101 Seawall Drive, right by the waterfront.

From downtown Berkeley, you can take the AC Transit bus line 51B towards the Berkeley Marina. Board the bus at the nearest stop on Shattuck Avenue or University Avenue. Stay on the bus for about 15 to 20 minutes until you reach the Marina. Once you get off, walk towards Seawall Drive, and Horseshoe Park will be ahead at 101 Seawall Drive.
