If you are driving, start by heading to University Avenue in Berkeley. From the I-80 freeway, take the University Avenue exit and head west. Continue on University Avenue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Marina Boulevard. You will see signs for the Berkeley Marina. Follow the signs to the marina area, and look for parking near the Shorebird Park Stage, which is located within Shorebird Park. There is street parking available, but be aware of any parking regulations that may apply. There are no parking fees in the area.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the Downtown Berkeley Station. From there, you can catch the AC Transit bus 51B towards the Berkeley Marina. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time, as bus frequencies may vary. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the Marina Boulevard and University Avenue stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Shorebird Park Stage, following University Avenue west until you reach the park entrance. The bus fare is typically around $2.50, and you will need exact change or a Clipper Card.
