Public Bus
If you're starting from downtown Berkeley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Shattuck Avenue. Catch the AC Transit bus number 51B heading towards Oakland. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 19th St. & Broadway in Oakland. From there, it's an easy 5-minute walk to the Paramount Theatre. Head east on Broadway, and you will see the theatre on your left at 2025 Broadway.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
From downtown Berkeley, walk to the Downtown Berkeley BART station located at 2001 Allston Way. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the 12th St. Oakland City Center station (approximately 15 minutes). Once you exit the station, walk east on 12th Street for about 4 blocks until you reach Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and walk about 2 blocks north to reach the Paramount Theatre at 2025 Broadway.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Berkeley. Head south on Shattuck Avenue towards Oakland. Follow the bike lanes along Shattuck which will take you toward the bridge. Once you cross the bridge into Oakland, continue straight until you reach Broadway. The Paramount Theatre is located at 2025 Broadway, approximately a 25-minute bike ride from downtown Berkeley.

For a walking option, start from the UC Berkeley campus. Head south on Telegraph Avenue towards downtown Berkeley. Continue onto Shattuck Avenue and walk south for about 1.5 miles. Once you reach Broadway in Oakland, turn right and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Paramount Theatre located at 2025 Broadway.
