  • Public Transport

    MOCHA is conveniently located near the 12th Street/Oakland City Center BART station. Upon exiting the station, take the A3 exit towards Oakland City Center. Use the stairs or escalator to the left of the fountain in the plaza. MOCHA will be on your left, adjacent to the escalators leading to the City Center Shops. BART fares vary depending on your origin, but a short trip within Oakland typically costs between $2.35 and $4.05.

  • Driving

    If driving, parking is available in nearby garages. The Ace Parking Garage/Oakland City Center Parking is located next to MOCHA's entrance. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around $5 per hour, with potential early bird discounts. Metered street parking is also available, but can be limited.

  • Walking

    From Oakland City Hall, walk south on Broadway towards 12th Street. Cross 12th Street and enter the Oakland City Center plaza. MOCHA is located on the lower level of the plaza. Head towards the shops and you will see Core Kitchen Café. Head to the rear of the building for the elevator and press A for the lower level. Exit the elevator to your left and MOCHA will be on the right side, adjacent to the escalator.
