From downtown Berkeley, head west on University Avenue towards the Berkeley Marina. Continue straight onto Marina Blvd and follow the signs for the Eastshore State Park. Once you reach the marina, take the pedestrian path along the shoreline until you reach the intersection with Cutting Blvd. Turn left onto Cutting Blvd and walk until you reach the intersection with San Pablo Ave. From here, take the bus line 72 or 72M towards Richmond. Get off at the stop on San Pablo Ave at Cutting Blvd. From there, walk towards the Richmond Parkway. Continue on Richmond Parkway until you see the entrance to the East Bay Regional Park District. Follow the signs for Fire Trail No 3, which will lead you to the Old Nike Missile Launch Site.
