    From the Carmel Mission Basilica, cross Rio Road and enter the park at the trailhead. Follow the Junipero Serra Trail. Alternatively, access the park from Hatton Road, Mountain View Avenue, or Martin Road, keeping an eye out for street parking in these residential areas. The park's trailheads are marked with signs and maps.
