Walking
From the center of Carmel-by-the-Sea, head south on Ocean Avenue until you reach the intersection with San Carlos Street. Turn left onto San Carlos Street and continue walking until you reach 17 Mile Drive. Once you reach 17 Mile Drive, turn right and continue walking along the road. You'll pass by beautiful coastal views and residential areas. After about 1.5 miles, you will arrive at Pebble Beach Golf Links, located at 1700 17 Mile Drive.

If you have a bike, start from the center of Carmel-by-the-Sea and head south on Ocean Avenue. Follow the same route as walking, turning left on San Carlos Street until you reach 17 Mile Drive. Turn right onto 17 Mile Drive and bike along the scenic route. This will be approximately a 4-mile ride and you will enjoy the coastal views as you approach Pebble Beach Golf Links at 1700 17 Mile Drive.
