Public Transit - Metro

From Long Beach Transit Mall, take the Metro Blue Line (now known as the A Line) towards Downtown Los Angeles. Ride the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the 7th Street/Metro Center Station. Here, transfer to the Metro Red or Purple Line towards Union Station. Ride for just one stop to the Pershing Square Station. Exit the station and walk east on 5th Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and walk south for another 0.2 miles. The Historic Broadway Theater District will be on your right, between 400-1000 S Broadway.
Public Transit - Bus

From Long Beach Transit Mall, board the Long Beach Transit Bus Line 51 towards Los Angeles. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway in Los Angeles. Disembark the bus and walk south on Broadway for about 0.2 miles. The Historic Broadway Theater District is located between 400-1000 S Broadway, on your left.
Walking

If you prefer to walk, you can take a leisurely stroll to the Long Beach Transit Mall and then continue walking towards the metro station. From the Transit Mall, head northwest on 1st Street towards Pine Avenue, then turn left onto Pine Avenue. Walk until you reach the 3rd Street and then turn right. Follow 3rd Street until you reach the Metro Blue Line station. Board the train towards Downtown Los Angeles and follow the earlier transit instructions.
