At the intersection with E Olive Ave, you will see a bus stop. You can take the Metro Bus Line 94 from here. Get off at the stop on N San Fernando Blvd at E Magnolia Blvd. From there, continue walking north until you reach the intersection with E Alameda Ave. Turn left onto E Alameda Ave and walk until you reach the Burbank Cemetery, located at 301 N Glenoaks Blvd. The Grave of Mantan Moreland is located inside the cemetery, so you may want to ask for directions at the entrance.
