Bus
From Campbell, head to the nearest bus stop and board the VTA Bus Line 63 towards San Jose. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Downtown Watsonville'. Once you arrive, transfer to the Santa Cruz Metro Bus Line 71 towards Watsonville. Continue riding for about 25 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Sunset Beach Rd'. From there, it's a short walk down Sunset Beach Rd to reach Sunset State Beach.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Campbell. Start at the Campbell Park and head south on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. Continue cycling for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 1. Follow the signs directing you towards Watsonville. After about 5 more miles, turn onto Sunset Beach Rd and follow it straight to Sunset State Beach. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling regulations.

For those who prefer walking, you can take a stroll from Campbell to Watsonville. Start at the Campbell Community Center and head west towards Winchester Blvd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 17. Cross safely and follow the path towards Watsonville, which is about a 12-mile walk. Once you arrive in Watsonville, find your way to Sunset Beach Rd and walk down to the beach. This will take you several hours, so be prepared with water and snacks.
