    Start at Carmel Plaza, located at Ocean Ave and Mission St. Head north along Mission St for about two blocks until you reach 7th Ave. Turn right on 7th Ave and continue walking until you reach Lincoln St. Turn left onto Lincoln St. Continue walking for about three blocks, and you will find the Carmel Heritage Society at 80 Lincoln St, on your left.

    If you're renting a bicycle, begin at the corner of Ocean Ave and Mission St. Head north on Mission St, then take a right onto 7th Ave. Continue straight until you reach Lincoln St, where you will take a left. The Carmel Heritage Society will be located at 80 Lincoln St, about three blocks ahead on your left. Make sure to lock your bike once you arrive.

    Although Carmel-by-the-Sea does not have extensive public transportation, you can take the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) bus to the nearest stop.
