    If you're starting at the Carmel Plaza, exit the plaza onto Ocean Avenue. Head west on Ocean Avenue for about 0.2 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants. The Carmel Visitor Center is located on the right side of the street at Suite 219A, right before you reach the intersection with Mission Street.

    From the Carmel Beach area, head east on Ocean Avenue. Continue walking along Ocean Avenue for about 0.5 miles. You'll pass through the charming downtown area filled with galleries and boutiques. The Carmel Visitor Center is located on the left side at Suite 219A, just after the intersection with Mission Street.

    If you are near the Sunset Center, exit onto 9th Avenue going north. Turn left on San Carlos Street and walk until you reach Ocean Avenue. Turn right on Ocean Avenue and continue for about 0.3 miles. The Carmel Visitor Center will be on your right at Suite 219A, shortly before the intersection with Mission Street.
