From Castro Valley BART Station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Alight at the Embarcadero Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Ferry Building. From the Ferry Building, walk along The Embarcadero towards Pier 39, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. You will see the iconic Pier 39 entrance on your left.

Alternatively, take AC Transit Bus 35 from Castro Valley towards Hayward. Transfer to AC Transit Bus 88 at the Hayward Transit Center, heading towards San Francisco. Get off at the stop at Embarcadero & Bay Street. From there, walk down Bay Street until you reach The Embarcadero, then walk left towards Pier 39.
