From downtown San Francisco, take the F-Line streetcar to Pier 39. The streetcar stops a few blocks from the pier entrance. A single ride costs $3. Alternatively, several Muni bus lines, including the 8-Bayshore, 30-Stockton, and 39-Coit, stop near Pier 39. BART users can transfer to the F-Line at the Embarcadero station.
