  • Public Transport

    From Castro Valley, head to the nearest BART station. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City and get off at the Embarcadero Station. From there, transfer to the Muni 38 Geary bus line at the bus stop outside the station. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at California St & 6th Ave. Once you get off, walk west along California St until you reach Point Lobos Ave. Turn right onto Point Lobos Ave, and Sutro Heights will be on your left at 846 Point Lobos Ave.

    If you are already in Castro Valley, locate the nearest bus stop along Castro Valley Blvd. Take the AC Transit bus line 31 towards Bayfair BART. Get off at the Bayfair BART station, then take the BART train towards San Francisco. Alight at the Embarcadero Station. From there, you can either take the Muni 38 Geary bus or walk to California St & 6th Ave. Follow California St west, turn right on Point Lobos Ave, and walk to 846 Point Lobos Ave where Sutro Heights is located.
