    From Castro Valley BART Station, exit and head towards the bus stop located on the same side as the station. Take the AC Transit Bus Line 31 towards Hayward. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop on B St & 8th St. Walk two blocks north on B St, and you will arrive at Hayward City Hall located at 777 B St.

    If you are near downtown Castro Valley, start by walking towards Castro Valley Blvd. Head east until you reach the intersection with Redwood Rd. Turn left onto Redwood Rd and walk until you reach the intersection with B St. Continue walking straight, and after a few minutes, you will arrive at Hayward City Hall at 777 B St.
