From Castro Valley BART station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the Embarcadero station. Once there, transfer to the Muni 30 bus towards Bayview-Hunters Point. Alight at the stop at North Point St & Montgomery St. From there, walk towards the Golden Gate Bridge for about 15 minutes, and you will reach the Presidio where the Strauss Statue is located.
