Public Bus

From the center of Chula Vista, walk to the nearest bus stop on Third Avenue. Take the MTS Bus Route 701 heading towards Downtown San Diego. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Mission Bay Park' stop. From there, it’s a 15-minute walk to Leisure Lagoon. Head northwest on Mission Bay Drive until you reach the intersection with East Mission Bay Drive. Continue walking along East Mission Bay Drive, and you will see Leisure Lagoon on your left.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Chula Vista. Start your journey by heading north along the Bayshore Bikeway. Follow the path that runs parallel to the bay, which will lead you towards San Diego. After about 6 miles, you’ll reach Mission Bay. Follow the bike paths until you arrive at Leisure Lagoon.
Walking

If you are near the Chula Vista Marina, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head north on Marina Parkway, then turn left onto the Bayshore Bikeway. Continue heading north along the pathway for about 5 miles until you reach Mission Bay. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Leisure Lagoon, which is located on the eastern side of the bay.
