From Chula Vista, head to the nearest Trolley station, which is the Chula Vista Civic Center Trolley Station. Board the Blue Line Trolley heading north towards San Diego. Ride the trolley until you reach the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. At 12th & Imperial, transfer to the Orange Line Trolley and board it towards the Courthouse. Get off at the America Plaza Station. From there, walk towards the harbor by heading west on W Broadway for about 0.5 miles. Then turn left on to Harbor Drive, and you will see the Martin Luther King, Jr. Promenade at 326 W Harbor Dr.

If you are already in downtown Chula Vista, you can walk to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Promenade. Head west on Main Street until you reach the waterfront area. Continue walking towards the harbor, and when you reach Harbor Drive, turn right. Walk along Harbor Drive for about 1.5 miles until you arrive at 326 W Harbor Dr.
