Walking
If you are in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, getting to the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation is quite easy. Start at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and G Street, a popular area filled with shops and restaurants. Head east on G Street for about two blocks until you reach the intersection with Fourth Avenue. Turn right onto Fourth Avenue and continue south for one block. You will then reach Island Avenue. Turn left onto Island Avenue, and you will find the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation located at 410 Island Ave on your right. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.

Public Transit - Trolley
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the San Diego Trolley. The closest trolley station is the Gaslamp Quarter Station located near the corner of 5th Avenue and K Street. Board the Blue Line trolley heading towards the San Ysidro border. After one stop, disembark at the 12th & Imperial Transit Center. From there, exit the station and walk west towards Island Avenue.
