If you're starting from the Chula Vista Transit Center, walk to the nearby bus stop and take the MTS Bus Route 701 towards the Eastlake area. Ride for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the 'Eastlake Parkway & Hunte Pkwy' stop. From there, walk east on Eastlake Parkway for about 10 minutes until you reach Lake Crest Drive. Turn left onto Lake Crest Drive, and Mountain Hawk Park will be on your right at 1475 Lake Crest Dr.

If you are near the Eastlake Village Shopping Center, exit the center and head east on Eastlake Parkway. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Lake Crest Drive. Continue walking straight for another 0.3 miles, and you will find Mountain Hawk Park on your right at 1475 Lake Crest Dr. The park is a lovely destination for outdoor activities.

From the Chula Vista Marina, you can bike along the scenic trails heading towards Eastlake. Follow the designated bike paths to connect to the Eastlake Parkway. Once you reach Eastlake Parkway, ride north for about 2 miles until you reach Lake Crest Drive. Turn left and bike for another 0.3 miles to reach Mountain Hawk Park at 1475 Lake Crest Dr. The route is mostly flat and suitable for cyclists of all levels.
