From Chula Vista, head to the nearest bus stop on Third Avenue and catch the 701 bus heading north. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Del Mar Village stop. From there, walk west on Camino Del Mar (Coast Blvd) for about 10 minutes until you reach Powerhouse Park at 1658 Coast Blvd.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Chula Vista. Start by heading north on Third Avenue and then take a left onto H Street. Follow H Street until you reach the San Diego Bay bike path. Connect to the Coastal bike path and follow it all the way to Del Mar. Once you reach Del Mar, continue on Camino Del Mar for about 5 minutes until you reach Powerhouse Park.
