    Public Bus

    From your location in Chula Vista, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus route 701 towards San Diego. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Broadway & C St' stop in downtown San Diego. Here, transfer to bus route 35 towards Point Loma. Ride the bus until you get off at the 'Ladera St & Sunset Cliffs' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, which is located on Ladera St.

    Bicycle

    If you're comfortable cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Chula Vista. Start by heading north on 3rd Ave towards E St. Follow the bike lanes along E St until you reach the Sweetwater River Trail. Continue on the trail towards the San Diego Bay. Once you reach the waterfront, follow the bike path towards Point Loma. As you approach Sunset Cliffs, you’ll find access points along Ladera St leading into the park.

    Walking

    If you're feeling adventurous and don’t mind a long walk, you can make your way to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park on foot. Start from the center of Chula Vista and walk north along 3rd Ave until you reach E St. Turn left on E St and continue walking until you reach the Sweetwater River Trail. Follow the river trail towards the San Diego Bay. Once at the bay, head northwest towards Point Loma. It will take you a few hours to walk there, but you will enjoy beautiful views along the way!
