A real sailing adventure the whole family loved

My kids had never been sailing or on the ocean before, and I wanted them to experience it on a real sailboat instead of being packed onto a large tour boat. Captain Sal delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Our four-hour wildlife sailing adventure was private, relaxed, and completely hands-on. Sal let both of my kids steer the boat and explained what he was doing in a way they could understand. They were proud of themselves, and Grandma had just as much fun watching them. We sailed from San Diego Bay into the open ocean and even saw dolphins along the way. Sal was knowledgeable, easygoing, and great with the kids. This was a real sailing experience and easily one of the highlights of our San Diego trip.

Premier Whale and Dolphin Watching

Small boat is the way to go!

Small boat is the way to go! We were up close and personal with a pod of 300 dolphins. So close they splashed us! Our captain was fantastic and told us a lot about the animals.

MUST DO!!!!!

We had the absolute best day on the water whale watching. The check in was easy, the boat was beautiful, clean and well maintained and the crew was incredible. Captain Red Beard (aka: Quinn) was very informative and funny, making the trip memorable. Although we didn’t find any whales, we found two separate pods of dolphins, with over 200 dolphins in each, which was awesome to watch and follow. Highly recommend this tour. Was an experience we’ll never forget!
