Bus
From Costa Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop and take the OC Bus Route 57 towards Fullerton. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the 'Katella-Disneyland' stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland Railroad - Main Street Station. Walk northeast on Katella Avenue, turn right onto Disneyland Drive, and you will see the entrance to Disneyland on your left.

Make your way to the Santa Ana train station. Board the Metrolink Orange County Line train heading towards Los Angeles. Disembark at the Anaheim station, which takes about 20 minutes. From the Anaheim train station, catch the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) bus Route 15, which will take you directly to Disneyland. Get off at the Disneyland stop, and you will be close to the Disneyland Railroad - Main Street Station.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Costa Mesa. Head north on Santa Ana Ave and continue towards East 17th Street. Follow the bike lane that leads to the Santa Ana River Trail. This scenic route will take you toward Anaheim. After about 10 miles, follow signs to Disneyland Drive. Once you reach Disneyland Drive, ride toward the entrance where the Disneyland Railroad - Main Street Station is located.
