Getting There

• Bus

  To get to Sue Bierman Park from Daly City, head to the Daly City BART station. From there, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Disembark at the 'Embarcadero' station, which is the 5th stop. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the street level. Walk towards the Ferry Building, then head north on Embarcadero Street until you reach Washington Street. Turn left on Washington Street, and Sue Bierman Park will be at the intersection with Drumm Street on your right. The park is open and accessible.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, start from the Daly City BART station and head north on Mission Street towards San Francisco. Continue straight until you reach the Bay Bridge Trail. Follow this trail towards the Embarcadero area. Once you reach the Embarcadero, turn left and ride until you reach Washington Street. Turn right on Washington Street and Sue Bierman Park will be on your left at the intersection with Drumm Street. Be aware of traffic and use bike lanes where available.

• Walking

  For those who want to walk, start at the Daly City BART station and head towards Mission Street. Walk north along Mission Street until you reach the intersection with John Daly Boulevard. Cross at the intersection into the Bay Trail. Continue straight until you reach the Embarcadero. Once there, turn left and walk along the waterfront until you reach Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street, and you will find Sue Bierman Park at the intersection with Drumm Street on your left. The walk is scenic and takes approximately an hour.
