Once you exit the station, follow the signs leading to the Ferry Building. Walk towards the waterfront, and you will find Pier 3, Hornblower Landing on your right.

Alternatively, from Castro Valley, you can take a bus to the Hayward BART station (check the AC Transit schedule for the best route). When you arrive at Hayward BART, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Disembark at the Embarcadero station. Upon exiting, head towards the Ferry Building, then follow the waterfront path to reach Pier 3, Hornblower Landing.
