If you’re starting from the Fresno Amtrak station, walk to the nearby bus stop located on Tulare Street. Take the Fresno Area Express (FAX) bus route 34 towards the 'Harrison & Ashlan' direction. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Fulton & Inyo' stop. From there, walk south on Fulton Street for about 5 minutes. The San Joaquin Light and Power Corporation Building will be on your left at 1401 Fulton St.
