    Public Bus

    From your location in Glendale, walk to the nearest bus stop on Brand Blvd. Look for the Metro Bus Line 180 or 182 heading south towards Los Angeles. Board the bus and ride for approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Hollywood Blvd & Highland Ave stop. From there, you can walk to Hollywood, which is just a short distance away.

    Head to the Glendale Metrolink Station located at 400 W Cerritos Ave. Board the Metrolink train heading towards Union Station in Los Angeles. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station, transfer to the Metro Red Line subway towards North Hollywood and get off at the Hollywood/Highland station. Hollywood will be right outside the station.

    Walking

    If you are up for a walk, you can head south on Brand Blvd towards the Americana at Brand, then continue walking on Brand Blvd until you reach the intersection with Colorado Blvd. Turn left onto Colorado Blvd and follow it until you reach the 5 Freeway. Continue straight until you reach the Hollywood area, which is roughly a 2-hour walk.
