From Hayward, walk to the Hayward BART station located at 699 B St, Hayward, CA 94541. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the 24th St. Mission Station. Once you exit the station, walk west on 24th St towards Mission St, then turn left on Mission St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach Balmy Alley, which is on your right at 50 Balmy St.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the San Francisco Bay Trail. Start by heading towards the east side of Hayward and connect to the Bay Trail. Follow the trail north along the shoreline until you reach the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. From there, navigate towards downtown San Francisco, making your way to the Mission District. Balmy Alley is located at 50 Balmy St. You can use a map app to help you find the best bike routes through the city.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Hayward BART station located at 699 B St, Hayward, CA 94541. Walk to the nearest bus stop and take the AC Transit line 60 or 72 towards San Francisco. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach Balmy Alley at 50 Balmy St, which will be on your right.
