    Bus

    From Hollywood Boulevard, walk to the nearest bus stop at Hollywood & Highland. Take the Metro Bus Line 212 towards the beach (check the schedule for exact times). Stay on the bus for about 40 minutes until you reach the stop at Manhattan Beach. From the bus stop, follow signs towards the beach, which is just a short walk away.

    If you are staying in a nearby hotel, you can walk towards the nearest Metro station, which is Hollywood/Vine. Take the Red Line train towards Union Station and transfer at 7th Street/Metro Center to the Blue Line towards Washington Station. Get off at the Aviation/Century station, then take a short walk to the bus stop and catch the Metro Bus Line 109 or 212 to Manhattan Beach.

    Bicycle

    You can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Hollywood. Head towards Sunset Boulevard and continue to the bike lanes. Follow Sunset until you reach the Ballona Creek Bike Path.
