Public Transit
From Huntington Beach, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the OCTA bus route 1 towards Long Beach. Make sure to check the bus schedule for exact times. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop at Pacific Coast Highway and 7th Street. From there, walk east on 7th Street until you reach Ocean Boulevard. Turn left and walk north for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Long Beach Museum of Art located at 2300 E Ocean Blvd.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Huntington Beach. Head west on the bike path along the beach. Follow the path until it merges with the Long Beach bike path. Continue on the path for about 12 miles until you reach the Long Beach area. Once you are nearing the museum, turn left onto Ocean Boulevard and follow it until you reach 2300 E Ocean Blvd. The museum will be on your right.

If you are already in the downtown area of Huntington Beach, you can walk to the Long Beach Museum of Art. Head west towards the beach, then walk along the boardwalk. After about 7 miles of walking along the beachfront, you will reach the Long Beach area. Continue walking towards Ocean Boulevard, then turn left. The museum will be located at 2300 E Ocean Blvd, just a short walk further.
