Walking
If you are starting from downtown Long Beach, head south on Pine Avenue towards Ocean Boulevard. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Ocean Boulevard, which will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you reach Ocean Boulevard, turn left and walk towards 15th Place. After walking for about 6 blocks, you will arrive at Junipero Beach, located at 20 S 13th Pl. Look for the beach entrance marked by a path leading down to the sand.
Public Transit
To reach Junipero Beach using public transit, first locate the nearest Long Beach Transit bus stop. You can take the Metro Blue Line from Long Beach Transit Mall towards Washington Station. Get off at the 1st Street station. From there, transfer to the Long Beach Transit bus number 121 or 111. Ride the bus towards the Long Beach City College (LBCC) and get off at the stop for Ocean Boulevard and 15th Place. Walk south on 15th Place until you reach Junipero Beach, located at 20 S 13th Pl.
