From the center of Huntington Central Park, head east towards Goldenwest Street. As you reach Goldenwest Street, turn left and walk north for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several park facilities and residential areas. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Talbert Avenue. Shipley Nature Center will be on your left at 17851 Goldenwest St. It should take you approximately 15-20 minutes on foot.

If you have a bike, you can take a more scenic route through Huntington Central Park. Start by biking towards the entrance of the park at Goldenwest Street. Once you reach Goldenwest Street, turn left and head north. The bike ride will be about 0.5 miles and should take around 5-10 minutes. You will find bike racks available near the entrance of Shipley Nature Center.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus. Head to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Goldenwest Street and Talbert Avenue. Look for Bus Route 29, which travels north. Get off at the stop nearest to 17851 Goldenwest St. The bus fare is approximately $2.00, and it should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
