Public Transit (Bus)
If you're in Inglewood, start by heading to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Metro Bus Line 115 at the stop located at 1st Ave & Manchester Blvd. Board the bus heading towards the 'Torrance Transit Center'. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at the stop for 'Hawthorne Blvd & 182nd St'. From there, transfer to the OCTA Bus Line 29 towards 'Huntington Beach'. This bus will take you directly to Bolsa Chica State Beach. The total travel time should be around one hour.

Walking
If you are near the Inglewood Civic Center, take a walk towards the Inglewood Transit Center located at 300 S. La Brea Ave. From there, catch the Metro Green Line towards 'Norwalk'. Ride the train to the 'El Segundo' station. From the station, exit and follow the signs to the California 1 (Pacific Coast Highway). It’s about a 15-minute walk to Bolsa Chica State Beach. Just follow the Pacific Coast Highway north, and you'll reach the beach in approximately 30 minutes.

For those who prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Inglewood. Head towards the Westchester area via La Cienega Blvd. Continue onto the bike path that leads toward the beach. Follow the signs for the bike path heading towards Bolsa Chica State Beach. This scenic route is about 12 miles and should take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
