From Inglewood, head to the nearest Metro station, which is the Crenshaw station. Take the Metro C Line (Green Line) towards Norwalk. Get off at the Aviation/Century station. From there, transfer to the Metro 232 bus towards Malibu. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic, and get off at the Zuma Beach stop. You'll find the beach directly across the street from the bus stop.

Start at the Inglewood City Hall, which is centrally located. Walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Metro 115 bus going towards Westchester. After about 30 minutes, get off at the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd and Centinela Ave. From there, catch the Metro 234 bus towards Malibu. This ride will take around 40 minutes. Disembark at the Zuma Beach stop, and you’ll see the beach right in front of you.
