Car
From the Joshua Tree Visitor Center located at 6554 Park Blvd, Joshua Tree, CA, head south on Park Blvd for about 1 mile. Turn left onto CA-62 E and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit for Joshua Tree National Park (follow signs for the park entrance). After entering the park, continue on Park Blvd for about 15 miles. When you reach the intersection with Keys View Road, turn left and follow it for about 3 miles until you arrive at the Keys View parking area. There is no additional cost for parking at Keys View, but there is a park entrance fee which can be paid at the entrance station.

From there, you may need to arrange for a shuttle service or a rideshare option (such as Uber or Lyft) to get to Keys View, as public transport within the park itself is limited. For the adventurous, biking to Keys View is possible. Start from the Joshua Tree Visitor Center and take Park Blvd until you reach Keys View Road. The total distance is about 18 miles one way, and the route includes some elevation gain, so be prepared for a challenging ride. Ensure you have plenty of water and snacks, as well as a bike repair kit. The park does not charge for bicycles, but you still need to pay the park entrance fee.
